Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
