Description

A delicious and healthy vegan peach cobbler topped with a crunchy oat crumble, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour (whole wheat or gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt until crumbly.
