Description

Zero-waste apple peel cake packed with fiber, cinnamon, and oats—a sweet, high-fiber twist on natural weight loss recipes.


Ingredients

  • 3–5 apple peels (fresh or freeze-dried)
  • 1 whole apple (chopped)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed or chia
  • 1 tbsp honey or monk fruit
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Optional: walnuts, cashews, or raisins

Instructions

  1. Blend wet ingredients: Combine apple, peels, eggs, and yogurt/applesauce until smooth.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: Mix almond flour, oats, cinnamon, flaxseed, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Mix and pour: Add wet mix to dry mix and stir. Pour into lined muffin tin.
  4. Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  5. Cool and serve: Let cool fully. Optionally dust with cinnamon or almond flour.
