Description

Gentle, sugar-free fiber drink with chia, flax, and lemon. Ideal post-op recipe for digestion and weight loss support.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husk
  • Juice of ½ lemon (fresh, please!)
  • 1½ cups filtered water

Instructions

  1. Combine Seeds: In a mason jar or sealable container, mix 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, and 1 tsp psyllium husk.
  2. Add Liquid: Add 1½ cups of filtered water and the juice of half a lemon.
  3. Stir and Set: Stir well, pop the lid on, and let it sit for 10–15 minutes so it forms that magical gel.
  4. Drink: Sip it slowly on an empty stomach for best results.

Notes

  • If you don’t have psyllium, use oats or just chia and flax.
  • Best consumed within 24 hours. Refrigerate and stir before use.
  • You can add cinnamon, ginger, or apple cider vinegar for extra flavor.
