Description

Peaches and Cream Breakfast Bars are a delightful and nutritious way to start your day, combining the sweetness of peaches with a creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, honey, applesauce, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Fold in the diced peaches gently into the mixture.
  4. Step 4: Spread half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish to form the base.

Notes
