  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) Mayonnaise: Adds richness.
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice: For zesty flavor.
  • 1 tsp (5g) Lime Zest: Enhances citrus aroma.
  • 1 tsp (5g) Minced Chipotle Pepper in Adobo: Adds smoky heat.
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) Olive Oil: For sauce texture.
  • Pinch Smoked Paprika (optional): Enhances smoky flavor.
  • 2 Tbsp (15g) Toasted Pumpkin Seeds: Adds crunch.
  • Extra Cilantro Leaves: For garnish.

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente, drain, and rinse.
