Description

Savor irresistibly moist peach muffins perfect for delightful mornings Enjoy a delicious start with these easytomake fresh treats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Chocolate chips (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
  • Honey (for garnish, optional)
  • Powdered sugar (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Step: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with muffin liners.
  2. Step: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk these dry ingredients together until they are well mixed.
  3. Step: In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir this wet mixture until everything is combined.
  4. Step: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are okay.
  5. Step: Gently fold in the diced peaches until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Step: Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Step: Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Step: Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use ripe, sweet peaches for the best flavor. To avoid dense muffins, fold the ingredients until just combined and do not overmix.
