Description

An unbelievably easy 3-ingredient peach cobbler using yellow cake mix, canned peaches, and butter for a quick and delicious dessert perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (29 oz) peaches with juice
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, sliced thinly

Instructions

  1. Step: Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit and grease a 13×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Step: Dump the can of peaches, including all the juice, into the casserole dish.
  3. Step: Pour the dry cake mix evenly on top and smooth gently; do not mix it into the peaches.
  4. Step: Spread the thinly sliced cold butter evenly across the top of the cake mix.
  5. Step: Bake for 30-40 minutes until the crust is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Step: Let the cobbler sit for 10 minutes before serving.
