Ingredients
- 2 lbs peaches, sliced
- 1 box (3.4 oz) cheesecake pudding mix
- 12 oz whipped topping
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 18 oz peach yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Step 1: Place the whipped topping, cream cheese, pudding mix, vanilla extract, and yogurt into a large bowl and whisk together until thoroughly combined and smooth.
- Step 2: Cover the mixture and refrigerate until ready to make the salad, or for about one hour.
- Step 3: Wash and pat dry the peaches, cut them in half, remove the pits, and slice.
- Step 4: Remove the cream mixture from the refrigerator and gently fold in the sliced peaches.
- Step 5: Serve immediately.
Notes
To ensure a lump-free base, use softened cream cheese and stir the pudding mixture into the yogurt before adding other ingredients. To prevent the salad from becoming soggy, store the dressing and fruit separately until ready to serve.
